Can I create an account through a browser?
No, not at this time.
Where do the alerts get sent?
Alerts, such as ‘I need help’, are sent as a text to the designated primary caregiver.
Do you collect or share my information?
We believe in privacy. Your personal information is for you and you alone. Some data is collected to make improvements to the app such as if the app suddenly closes.
How do I add contacts to the app?
At the bottom of the home screen, you or a caregiver can add contacts to your Care Circle.
Can my family members or friends access my account?
Yes, if you want to provide your login details, you can do that. Or you can have them create their own account to keep track of communications, caregiving and news.
Why do you only have a few products featured under Find Equipment?
Since we are just getting started, we wanted to provide a few examples of the types of products on the market. Also, be sure to refer to your local ALS Association Chapter for more product purchase or loan opportunities! If you want us to make improvements to the section, please let us know by providing feedback within the app or just email us at info@simplihere.com.
What exactly are Voice Bank Tools?
As you may know, patients with ALS or other neurodegenerative diseases lose their ability to speak. We want to refer you to these services so that you can preserve your voice for later use with speech generating devices should you need them. How much does Louise cost?

Do I need to install the SimpliHere app in order to use Louise?
Installing the SimpliHere app is not required, but Louise is configured to perform actions based on the key features of the SimplIhere app (examples; calling primary caregiver, finding a community, etc). What is the difference between the SimpliHere app and the Louise app?
The Louise app is the voice assistant that complements the SimpliHere app. Both share the same features, but the Louise app carries out commands based on what you ask it do with your iPhone microphone.
