How many patients can be added for each caregiver account?
A caregiver can create an account for one (1) patient (or person they are caring for) at a time.
How many Caregivers can be added for each Patient account?
A Patient can add up to five (5) caregivers, however only one (1) can be
designated as a Primary Caregiver. The remaining four (4) Inner Circle
Caregivers have read-only view of requested tasks from Patient to the
Primary Caregiver. Please refer to our Getting Started Guide.
Where do the communication notifications from the Patient get sent?
The Primary Caregiver can view notifications within the Caregiver account home page in the upper right corner. Please refer to our Getting Started Guide.
Do you collect or share my information?
SimpliHere meets HIPAA requirements and does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Please refer to our Privacy Notice. For the State of Washington, please refer to our Privacy Notice.
How do I add contacts who are not caregivers to the app?
At the bottom of the home screen, select the Contacts icon, which will allow you to add other contacts who are not caregivers. Please refer to our Getting Started Guide.
Can my family members or friends access my account?
Only those who are invited as Inner Circle Caregivers can view a Patient’s interactions with their Primary Caregiver.
Can a patient use Eye Tracking to navigate the SimpliHere app?
Users who are unable to use their hands to operate an iPhone or iPad can utilize their devices’s Eye Tracking feature by going to: Settings > Accessibility > Eye Tracking. Please find detailed instructions on how to set up Eye Tracking on your device.
On the Communicate menu, what if the Patient doesn’t see their Needs, Wants, or Emotions?
Each of these sections has a Custom button you can select so that you can add in your own entry. Your Primary Caregiver will receive the exact information you enter. Please refer to our Getting Started Guide.
Does this app fall under the category of a medical device?

Is SimpliHere available for both iOS and Android?
The current version of the app is available for iOS only; however, we have the capability to make it available for Android and will communicate the timing for when it will be available.
Does the app integrate directly into an organization’s Electronic Records System?
The app is not yet configured to integrate directly into these systems, but we can explore this option based on customer need.
Can an assisted living facility, home healthcare agency, or other caregiving organization license SimpliHere for their entire staff and organization to use?
Please contact us directly to discuss pricing and structure for an organizational license.
Can I create an account through a browser?
Not at this time, but we will plan to roll out this capability based on customer need.
